I would like to recommend an effective method which i used to lose fat and weight.

First is to cleanse your body of all the toxins and bad chemicals that is preventing the body from burning fats effectively and efficiently as the body should. Once the body is cleansed of these negative toxins, and back to its efficient fat burning mecahnism, you should start on a proper diet of on items that are low on gylcernic. Also you should also eat only lean protein sources of food. This diet will allow the natural food to work well with the body and help burn off more fats while keeping you healthy and strong. The important complement to this diet is effective exercise of the mind and body. Following this method, i managed to become thinner and healthier in just 12 weeks.
