DB Incline Bench Press: 60x8, 75x8, 60x3
Pec Deck: 120x10, 120x10, 120x10
Rope pull Down: 40x8, 50x8, 40x8
-Notes
-Been out of the gym for a month (seems longer) it was cool to see that I could still push the 90lb DB's on the bench press.
-Checked my weight and i'm 211
-Feels good to be back, got some major DOMS in my chest and tri's.
