try doing planks on the floor it stretches the abs. it sounds strange but it really does work put a 1p coin under your stomach rest your elbows and feet on the ground head straight and lift your stomach off the penny if you touch the penny whie lifting it means your not lifting you stomach high enouh.
dont force your body to holder any than what it can other wise expect a alot of pain
