Raw veggies and natural protein foods are good for the fat burning purposes. Some more effective natural fat burning foods are:
Citrus fruits specially orange, grapefruit, lemon etc.
Green leafy vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage, spinach, kale, and cucumber etc.
Protein foods such as fish, eggs, nuts, beans etc.
Green tea,
Lemon water,
and fish oil.
