My breakfast is usually 3-4 eggs, 2 slices whole wheat/whole grain/flax bread (some weird health bread that also has flax in it and is low in carbs/cals), and a scoop of lowfat cottage cheese. Topped off with some habanero sauce or hot salsa on the eggs. I basically eat this every morning but if I get sick of it I eat something like a whole grain cereal and some other protein source.

Find whatever works for you for breakfast, I use to do oatmeal but I just can't stand it anymore and I honestly didn't enjoy my breakfast so I don't eat it anymore. Breakfast is where you should really get in alot of food for energy for your workouts and rest of your day so make sure its a good meal.
