I gotta disagree guys, I bought a bottle and i love this stuff. 3-4 caps on an empty stomach and i'm flying for atleast 3 hours. there is a possibility you are a non responder, or perhaps you need more of it to work for you. I will say it is far from cost effecitive though, shit is exspensive, and taking 4 pills of it at a clip makes it go quick.

I usually save it for low carb workouts an shit like that, you know, when you really need an extra boost.
