Sorry I havent posted lately... Im off the creatine and gym...

I was in hospital monday and my back + neck is F***** up. Im out for atleast 1 week and im drugged 24/7... Fun to be able to tell you teachers your drugged/High!!!

So Im losing alot of what was showing. Muscle's are still there I know just not pumped up at all... 100% deconditioned (HST maybe 0311)
