First of all, it doesn't matte what the guy who goes to church with you does. It doesn't matter what the priest does. Or the altar boy.

I did Max OT and found it was very good. Right now, I'm in the middle of putting together another routine. But Max OT I liked a lot!

As for feeling like you didn't get a workout....what are you basing that on? Hopefully, it's not soreness (you mentioned feeling legs later in the week). Soreness is not an indication of a good or poor workout. When I do three sets of heavy weight to failure at 4-6 reps, I feel it right then...I'm huffin' and puffin'.

Make sure you follow the warmup routine, and do heavy for the three working sets. You may not feel sore the next day or the day after that...but try to get more weight the next week, and the next week after that...It is gains you are after...not necessarily "feeling it".
