I emailed Mike a while back and he said that different containers have different serving sizes. Mine was 840mg per 1/4 tsp. Now, I think the effective dosage (since it's cheap) is 3 grams pre/post workout. Almost every pill and powder out there is about 2.1-2.5 grams per serving. I put mine in my chocolate protein shake and it's not as overpowering.
