I say that and stand by it 200%. That's the difference between 19 inch arms and 16 inch arms. At least in my case and everyone else I know. Anyway, I used to do chest and biceps for a while. (see 0311 bulking journal). By the time I was through with my chest workout, it was usually at the 45 minute mark. Barbell curls was first up on my list. I was only able to do 135 for 4 or so reps. I could really feel the fatigue and lack of motivation set in. Now I blown past that saving biceps for their own day and had tremendous results. It's all about personal preference. I never got hurt or nothing doing both bench and curls, it was just the lack of intensity that got me.
