Default Need Some Good Ideas of Foods That Will Help Me Drop About 10 Pounds

Hey guys, it has been awhile since i posted on here but I have had good sucess so far and have just a little more time ahead of me before I can honestly say I looked ripped. I'm not going for big bulk but rather speed since I enjoy running and other endurance workouts/competitions. I am 19 Male, 5'11, 150 lbs. My body is in pretty good shape since I constantly workout and I figure if i lose 10 more pounds or even less then I will have a six pack, right now the only flab left on me all seems to be around my stomach unfortunately. Currently I eat a lot of low fat foods and drink a lot of water along with eating sensible portions for each meal. Can anyone give me a list of good foods to eat while on a weight loss diet that can be found at any normal grocery store. Also, a list of foods/drinks to avoid would probably also be helpful but I pretty much know what foods I shouldn't eat and I avoid non diet soda completely. I'm just tired of some of the healthy meals I eat over and over again and any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance for the suggestions.
