I dont know what any of these abrevations mean. I need a dummy layout of a schedule for cycles. if i had exact detail layedout for me i can do it andhit the gym. iam one of those take it and kick the shit out of myself guys. i dont know the technical/term side

Maybe Sleazy doesn't have the time. Lots of stickies have outdated info on the first pages, but it's typically cleared up in later posts in the same thread.

I would like to see what you guys recommend for a 5th cycle and a 6th cycle and all the way up to say a 20th cycle, thats what I'm all about
