I dont think anyone should consider using anything without proper research and looking on here for basic answers like that while is good that your looking and asking but at the same time shows too much inexperience to even be thinking about it. spend a couple hours on google looking to find out what everything is. look on here in previous posts by using the search key. once you know exactly what everything does and you have a solid foundation on your diet and workout for a few years straight then think about using something with a proper stack in mind and ask questions about it then. It will get your farther on this board and any other around the net.
