Question Deployed-cycle good or bad??

I'm currently deployed over seas and my room mate sent me a cycle of dbol anavar and winny. I'm going back and forth on whether it would be obv if I did the cycle. its looking like this


My buddies proposed cycle.

wk 1-3 Dbol 30mg 2 doses morning and before workout
wk 1-10anavar 4 tabs 2in the morning 2 in the afternoon
wk 4-10 winny 25mg morning 25mg at night
clomid on hand for pct being told I dont need it but Id rather anyways
4 weeks 50mg first 2 25mg the last 2 weeks

I personally think this cycle is too long. It would be my first as well.
I'm 160lbs up from 135lb.
here is my diet so you can all see its in check. working on 3,500 cals a day.

So what I'm wondering is what do you guys think for doseages and would it be obv. im on cycle, hoping the winy and var will help with the bloat from the dbol.

7am
ham&cheese omlette
sliced pear
1 slice french toast
yogurt
1 cup of apple juice

9:30
oatmeal and protein

12:00
chicken breast or chicken wings depending upon what they have
rice & brocholli
yogurt
I have a pretty high metabolism so I'll often throw in grilled cheese or pizza for the extra calories

2:00
gainer shake
50g protein 1,000 cals 200g carbs

4:00
banana naty PB & yogurt

6:00
pre & post shakes both with whey and dextrose

8:00
chicken or steak
rice and brocholli
yogurt
same as lunch maybe somethign else for the extra calories

10:00
casein & skim milk before bed

Supps.
Multi V
Fish oil
whey
gainer
casein
glucosamine (try and help out my shouler)
milk thistle

Bro this is a very very bad cycle, pls dont do it...
Your first cycle should be testosterone only.
You have no test in this cycle which is a big mistake, your bodies natural test will shut down and you'll have nothing to replace it.
You pct is terrible and you have no ai on hand.
Infact without trying to be a dick its one of the worst cycles ive ever seen and your room mate knows shit, the sides you could suffer from this could be horendous.
How old are you?
How long have you been training??

He's right, thats not a good cycle. An all oral cycle is never a good cycle.

A little more about myself. I'm 22, lifting off and on for 3 years. Reason for jumping so much is basic training and then deploying. I started at 135lbs and after hard work and learning finally reached 160lb. Being deployed I have the time to really focus on the gym 100% after mission and the food is freee!! so I figured if I was ever gonna try a cycle I might as well here. Coming home with some nice size wouldn't be too bad as well.


He told me an oral cycle is not the best for a first cycle, but I cant exactly inject myself nore have needles or test easily mailed to me.
I wasnt to worried about doing an oral seeing as though I've never been a heavy drinker so my liver should be in good shape.
I've been training for 7 months steady now after about a year off due to lack of $$ before deploying to Iraq.
If you guys say its a bad cycle I'll listen its a shame I have to waste all off that. would it be stupid just to run the var alone? just to I'm not completeing wasting the $ I know its not the best builder but it would all be clean. As for the pct i was told I wouldnt be shut down to bad so I also have vitamin E complex and the clomid to help get me back to normal

You will be completely shut down. Sell the stuff if you don't want it to go to waste. At your size/experience, you should be able to make some awesome gains in the gym if you get your diet and training dialed in. It's not worth the trouble. Especially considering your PCT.

I'll take your advice and try to get rid of the shitt. While I have you guys here if you dont mind just looking over my routine real quick and letting me know anything I can improve upon.

everything is 3 set 6-10 reps
chest-tri
back-bi
shoulders-traps
legs


Chest -
Flat bench
incline
decline

Tris-
close grip
V-rope pull cable pull down
straight bar cable pull down


Back -
Tbar
seated cable rows
pulldowns

Bis-
preacher curl EZ bar
revers grip EZ bar
incline dumbell

Shoulders-
DB presses (these can be tuff some days, right shoulder pops. cant even attempt doing military presses)

Upright row (ez bar, wrist pops out with straight bar)
Bent over lateral raises

Traps-
DB shrug
Smith machine shrugs
Smith machine behind back shrugs

Legs-
Squats (smith machine, no spotter and try to prevent back injury)
Legs curls
leg presses
leg extensions
