yeah I would adminster you D orally for max effective relief.... and don't worry at this point of when to take your protein just ensure you are putting between 1 to 2 grams of protein per lbs. of body weight you are also step up to the dinner plate as previously suggested eat hard train hard and rest hard.

You want to start using steroids and your not even sure on the nutrition side of the game. I would hold off on the dbol till you know exactly what your doing. Do you even have anti-e's on hand.
I've taken a couple cycles of dbol and I 4 to 5 times daily and hit the gym hard 5 days a week. Doing this brought me from 135lbs to 150lbs in under a month. Wish I still had the hookup.

wtf are you doing AAS at 135lbs? what you need is food... you are just wasting any AAS you are taking
