Really I'm not kidding, it's not worth it. It compares to nothing out there. What happened to so good ole cardio and strict diet to burn off the fat. If you really want a fat burner, just stick to the OTC's

ok so u don't like dnp and think its dangerous.....but how come people use it and u don't hear many horror storys ?

cardio makes me weak...I don't know why but when I start doing a lot of cardio I can't keep up with my workouts so diet and fat burners is the only way to stay trim

How many people to you hear about dying from heroin,coke, dust? doesnt mean it doesnt happen.

Even if you go slightly over the recommened dose you can die. If the guy packing the pills measured a little wrong, you could die.

Shauny, the thing is I personally, and many others here, would really like to help you with these problems. I know I don't say what people want to hear always but if you posted about your training and diet in detail I'll BET you you'll find all those problems are not "inate" to you and are fixable.

I was thinking about the same thing, Joker. You know the thing about something like heroin, Joke,r is, it has that really discernable downside. I've know a few users and the thing is...it's not a drug people tend to get defensive about. Because you feel like shit most of the time and you stop getting high and are only maintaining. Some of the bodybuilding chemicals are more like cocaine.

cardio makes everybody weak. you have to keep at it for a while so your body can get used to it. i did like three 100 meter dashes one time and afterwards was barely able to do 225 once. and on a normal day i can probably do that anywhere from 30 to 40 times. so cardio makes everyone week. you just have to get used to it my man.

from reading your post i see you are willing to try just about any kind of steriod so why not switch up cardio routines and seeing how that works for you?

ok so im not the only one cardio does that too. ill do cardio and go from reppin 315 to barley benchin 225 so it makes me hate cardio. they say low to moderate intensity is better for fat burning but I have a hard time keepin it slow. im not gonna do any dnp guys thanks for all the insight though.

Like Eric said, why not put up your routine, let some of these guys check it out....or maybe you have a good routine and just need to tweek your diet a little.

yeah i agree with eveyone else. post your routine. and it sounds like your doing yrou cardio before you lift. people dont normally do that unless they are athletes who actually compete. so you can go hard at cardiojust do it after you lift
