Default First Cycle

Hi
I'm new to this forum, im 27, being training for 2 and an half years and i'm considering starting my first cycle using sust/deca(200) but i have some worries - first its that i have a Mitral valve prolapse but never had problems while training altough my heart rate while doing cardio it's usually high, is this a big problem?
Another thing that bothers me its acne and gyno, will acne still prevail after ending my cyle? and gyno what are the chances of getting it in the first cycle?

thanks in advance

You have a heart condition and want to do AAS.
My opinion this is not wise.

This is a bad idea but if you choose not to hear me, get with your doctor.
My doctor and me have a close relationship and is aware of what I do, he runs all of my bloodwork.
I have done some extreme cycles that most people would call crazy but bloodwork always came back good.
