new to the site so I wanted to introduce myself... my name is Jon I am from Canada Alberta
I am here in hopes to get some tips, as I am looking to try my first cycle...

I have been lifting on and off for about 2.5 years I am pretty cut but I have been trying to gain and it's just not happening :P
my diet usually consists of eating as much protein and veggies as possible(tons of protein all day :P)
I have been wanting to try steroids because I am not content with my current weight and size, and I want to do it as responsible as possible. I have been doing alot of research and feel I should still get some advice. if you guys need to tell me i'm a fuckin retard then do it, it's all good I just wanna be educated and ready.
My buddy has advised me to try decabolen... along with some novaldex and milkthistle... what do you guys think of a solo deca cycle is that a good idea? do I use the novaldex prior or post the cycle? I think I got some learnings to do before i'm ready :P
