Default First PH Cycle...

I was just hoping for some advice on a good PH cycle (including PCT) for a first timer....

I am 26 years old, 190 lbs, 6 ft tall...
I have lifted on and off since high school, however over the last 4 years I have really made a comitment to fitness and nutrition, I was 240 lbs (mostly fat) at the time and cut down to 180 in about a years time...since then I have been lifting a lot, put on about 10 lbs of muscle, feel like I have reached my max potential without some help...I want to take a PH but cycle just not sure what would be best for me...ideally i would like to gain a few pounds of lean muscle...

Thanks

I'm about 6' and 200lb ish. I could probably stand to lose 10lb so I'm probably a similar build to you. I really don't feel I (or you for that matter) have hit my max potential. It's all about eating BIG and lifting BIG.

What is your diet like? How many cals do you consume? Is it consistent?

What is your routine like? Do you do squats, deads, bench, and military press? (if not...you should!)

I would turn to diet and exercise changes before going the PH route but that's just me.

I have an awesome bulking diet that will get your gains going if you're interested. It takes a lot of planning and calorie counting but better then messing with PH in my opinion.

On a sidenote, I think PH are more destructive to your system than actual steroids. PH are 17 alkylated meaning they can and will do damage to your liver. That coupled with the fact that you get all the sides and hardly any of the benefits of actual steroids.

Let me know if you want to give a serious bulking diet a shot

Agreed.Heavy compound lifts, a ton of food, plenty of sleep, and if you feel the need, a protein shake or 2 a day.At 26 years old you should have an envious amount of natural testosterone. If you dont need it, it could possibly yield more negatives than positives.IMHO- zeroing in on your nutrition will yield better long term results.I'm currently on an epistane cycle, but I'm 37 years old...and a little left of center to begin with. But what I am aware of, is the fact that by putting this chemical into my body, I may be setting myself up for some unpleasant consequences.I suggest reading up on some of the possible side effects-support supplements needed-post cycle therapy.I'm having bloodwork done, so thats something you'd want to consider as well. You're not going to feel yourself going all hepatic...just joking. But if you're going to ingest a substance that requires liver support sups, you'll want your bloodwork monitored by a health care professional.Just arm yourself with some in-depth knowledge if you're serious about engaging in some possibly high risk behavior.Good luck and Peace

To my knowledge, there isn't a PH made in the last 6-7 years that is worth spending your hard earned money on. The last of them (the ones that actually worked) were removed from the market a long time ago. Also, anything ingested orally is going to be hard on your liver. And, most of it gets destroyed in your digestive tract anyway. Get your diet in order, do mostly heavy compound lifts as Vervel mentioned and you will make gains. Patience is the key. It doesn't happen overnight.
