A good cycle???
ok i just signed up on this website and am kind of new to all of this. I am 19 years old i play football hockey rugby workout fairly constant. In the past i have messed around with creatine and the NO-xplode but know i am thinking about taking a cycle.bIs anyone familiar with phera-plex? I am thinking about starting a cycle of it week 1: 10mg . week 2: 20mg . week 3: 30 mg . week 4: 20mg week 5: 10mg. Along with the PP i will be taking a liver protectant and Post Cycle Therapy during the last week and some time after that. Does anyone suggest anything else or will this workout pretty good for me?

well I dont think anyone is going to tell you your old enough to do steroids, but obviously its your own choice, and we cant stop you. So I'll just say that if you are going to do this, do as much research as you can, and make sure you have everything you need before you start your cycle.
First, I'm not very familiar with pher-plex, others may know more then I. But your post cycle therapy should equal the cycle length, so run your nolva/clomid for atleast 5 weeks, tapering off as you go. I assume since you mentioned liver protectants, PP has a methyl group, in which case it will also mess with your lipids (cholesterol) and blood pressure, and a host of other things. so have some fish oil, sesamin, and maybe some cranberry extract for that shit.
I dont know if your dosages are good or not, but it makes no sense to taper down dosage of any steroid, so I would drop that.

my advice would be to rehab the shldr slowly, then bring your core lifts back up to what they were, possibly higher, before you use any form of AAS.

^^ What he said.
Coming off a shoulder injury and jumping right into a cycle is going to fuck you right up.
You can do the cycle if you want, but there is no reason why you should go on a cycle. You can easily bring your bench, squat and dead numbers up without the anabolics. IMO you'd be wasting your money and you should consider running the cycle later on once your numbers are alot higher.

I guess instead of just giving advice I should back it up with a little explination, sorry.
AAS for the most part, have a positive effect on muscle mass, meaning your test levels go up, nitrogen retention goes up, and your muscles will heal much more quickly given proper nutrition ect. What things like hyperdrol, an PP wont help heal are joints. In fact, what tends to happen with many orals is you will see explosive gains in the first 3-4 weeks, adding mass, and lbs to the bar, all this while your joints stay week. You can probrably see where this is going, stronger muslces, weaker joints/tendons/ligaments, can equal all kinds of nasty injuries.
IMO, you should use the cycle at a later date to push past your max lifts when you feel your progression has stalled, not to bring you back after an injury, and risk further injury.

thank you. i am going to get back into the swing of my routine and i am hoping that by January i will be back to 100% if not more and i was goign to take a look into something then. My cousin who is still going through with his cycle is getting Anebolic Extreme Hyperdrol stacked with the Mass Fx (the other one i was looking into) but he plans on taking just those two supplements with no protection. I told him it would be a good idea to get the perfect cycle liver protectant, the retain, and the post cycle therapy to keep him covered. You think he is going to need all those or will he be fine with just taking the FX and Hyperdrol.

if he is taking hyperdrol he is going to need a good pct, I'm not sure with the Mass FX, I havent read anything about it yet. Honestly, if your going to use this stuff, you really need to take every precausion you possible can, you never know what it could do to you 10yrs down the road, better safe then sorry man.
