been training 20 years and competed 4 times , never used gh . thinking about a course to see me into a competition next june ,i,ll be 41 then , i,m sure i can get in good cut condition again anyway ,but dont wannna fall at the last hurdle and not quite get in the best condition i can.the but anyone got an opinion and experience with gh. is it worth the money, what did it do for you.
