Well right now I'm feeling great but then again I haven't started it yet . This week I'm preloading on everything. I'm going to order the HAVOC today so I'll probably start sometime next week. This is my first week of HST and I was thinking of starting the HAVOC the third week of HST that way I can be on it the last 4 weeks of the program. Hopefully I will see some good results when hitting those weights heavy
