Hit the gym today as expected.

Box Squats 115x5, 165x5, 165x5, 165x5
Incline Bench 135x5, 155x5, 155x5, 155x5, 160x3
Underhand Pullups Body x 5, Body + 25lbs x 5, Body + 25lbs x 5, Body + 25lbs x 6

As you can see, i pretty much stuck to the basics today. The squats were much easier than 2 days ago. I only did 3 working sets due to the fact i hit em pretty hard only 2 days ago, opposed to 3.

I made a nice improvement on the incline bench. My second working set of 155 last time I only did 4 reps. This time i did 3 working sets with 155, all 5 reps each. I felt like i could do a bit more, so i threw a 2.5 on each side to make 160. I got the first 2 easily but the third was a bit hard. I didnt want to push my self to the limits without a spotter or hurt myself from doing more, so i ended it at 3.

I decided to ditch the barbell rows in favor of some pullups for 2 reasons. I feel like i'm getting burned out on rows. Second, I have a PFT coming up and I'm trying to hit 20 pullups. Therefore doing those are a bit more favorable to me right now. Also, the 6th one on the last set was barely assisted, I had about 3 inches to go and was steady there until my buddy pushed me up a bit.

No direct arm work because I was trying to get out of there. Also, the pullups hit my bi's pretty hard. I'll do some tri's on the next workout.

I am cramping in my arms a lot lately. Does the cramping site have any relation to the effect of the product? For example, since I'm cramping in my arms (Mostly around the joint, especially the forearms), does that mean there is a high concentration of it there and thats what will grow the fastest? Or does it mean that's where ill grow the least? I dont understand how some areas can cramp and others be fine.

Besides the cramping, Havoc seems to keep soreness (DOMS) at bay.

I was a bit lethargic today. At first i thought it was because I was hungry and dehydrated. But after i ate and drank i still felt the same way. So I'm thinking the Havoc is playing a role in that.

About nutrition...My diet today mostly consisted of protein shakes, protein bars, tuna, and 1/2 a pizza after working out. So far I'm at roughly 280g protein. I'll definately make 330g by bedtime.

Well, as we all know, Memorial Day was yesterday. I had a nice 5 day vacation, unfortuneately from the gym as well. My wife and I went with my mom down to Florida to a time share in St. Pete, and then to my wife's grandma's in Sarasota. No where had a damn gym . Also, my nutrition was shit.

I have been taking a maintenance dose of 20mg over the days (down from 30mg). Gonna kick it back up to 30mg tomorrow and hit the gym and do mil press, dl, pullups, arm work.

The only thing is that I've been feeling really fat lately and i hate it. So as of today I've changed up my diet a little bit. Trying to drop some weight and at least maintain my strength. Also, the weight loss will greatly help me run my 3 miles better, which goes towards my promotion, which means more money for me. I think feeling better and more money is more important than being a strong fatty. Although, i think i will still be getting stronger, just not as fast.

Last night i did some HIIT sprints. 5 sprints down my street, walking back to the starting point after each sprint. Followed that up with 5 more sprints this morning. Gonna go for 6 sprints tomorrow, and gradually increase every day or two.

Sorry if this isnt what you wanted out of this journal, but as you can see, this product really does work greatly. I will also follow up with a second cycle after how many ever weeks i was on for.

Hit up the gym today:
Mililtary Presses 45x10, 105x5, 115x5, 115x5, 120x4
Deadlift 135x5, 135x5, 185x5, 185x5, 205x5
Dumbell Shrugs 90x10, 100x5, 125x5 (supersetted with DL)
Upright BB Row 100x9 (took place of last set of shrugs for superset, but went to light)
Underhand Pullups Body x 5, Body + 25lbs x 5, Body +35lb x 5 (2 spotted)
Some Ab work

As you can see, my strength actually went up. I thought it was going to either be the same, if not weaker. Hopefully i hit some nice numbers on Friday.

Not really. I only had the lethargy that one day. I cramp up here and there, but it goes away after a few seconds. For example, when i have my arm curled and i extend it real fast, my forearm by my elbow has a cramping feeling like some one just punched me. But that's it. I might get a cramp here and there every so often though, but like i said it goes away within a few seconds.

I believe i also said it before, but it really helps with DOMS. The only thing thats sore on me right now are my traps. But look at all that i did for them, plus I've never shrugged that much weight before.

I'm also getting bigger, especially my traps and arms...according to my wife. I've always asked her if i was getting bigger. She'd barely ever tell me yes. Now she definately notices it.

The cramping isnt really a big deal, same shit happens to me, and i'm not on any ph/ps.

The DOMS issue is IMO one of the best reasons to use any type of aas. Its easy to put out a serious effort in the gym, but no one wants to struggle walking for the next three days cause they hit a PR on squats. Man drugs are great!

Glad to hear your liking the results, and that the wifey is noticing, its a great feeling isnt it.

great workout...again!

BOX SQUATS 135x5, 155x5, 175x4
BENCH PRESS 135X5, 155X5, 175X5, 185X5 (last rep spotted), 185x3 (last rep spotted)
ROWS 135X5, 155X5, 175X5, 175X5
SKULL CRUSHERS 65X5, 85X5, 95X5, 100X5 (last rep spotted)
BARBELL CURLS 100X5

Last rep spotted meant that it was basically forced. The bar wasnt moving very far without any help. My buddy was my spotter and i made it very clear to him that he better not touch the bar until he sees it starting to go back down.

On another note, my rows seem to have stalled out. I've came up with 3 options: A - reset to lower weight and try again. B - do an intensity phase for only rows with 3x3. C - pick a replacement exercise.

Went to the gym today. As always, improvements, but not as great as expected. It may just because i wan't feeling all to up to it, which is also why i skipped out on squats.

Incline Bench 135x5, 160x5, 160x5
Machine Rows 90x5, 135x5, 145x5, 160x4
Barbell Curls 100x5, 90x6, 80x9

I use to do just plain bent over rows and bent over T bar rows. The machine rows i did today were like the bent over rows but with that chest pad thing. When i use to do them i was maxing out at like 120x3. To make some better results like i was last week i think I'm gonna up it to 40mg/day.
