Havoc Cycle Log
As promised, my Havoc cycle log.

Saturday May 12th I preloaded 10mg, along with some milk thistle, hawthorne berry, and saw palmetto. I had some bad shits the rest of the day. I'm pretty sure its not the Havoc as I'm not feeling bad right now from taking Havoc. I took all this right before going to eat and as an appetizer we had some buffalo strips, so its either those or the support supps. Has anyone else had any bad side effect from support supps?

I also just took 10mg an hour or so ago along with a protein shake.

To say the least, my nutrition hasnt been up to par this weekend. I will get it back on track tomorrow (technically today). For training, I will be doing the 5x5. I was on this previously, but i took this past week off. Prior to that, i was loading for 3 weeks. Before that, i had a hectic week, which i took off from the gym. Previous to that, I did 4 weeks of loading. For the second time of loading, i decided to load instead of intensity because i was still making decent gains on the loading phase...better gains than on any other bs program.

I will be starting my first week at 20mg/day. Second week will be 30mg, third week will be 40 mg. I still havent decided if the forth week will be 40mg or 50mg/day, nor have i decided if i will be running this for four or five weeks. If I decide to go for 5 weeks, should i make the fifth week another loading week or an intensity phase week? Obviously how the program is outlined, it would normally be a de-load week, but that would be a waste 50mg/day of Havoc.

Lastly, for those of you who have experience with havoc, whether you've used it before or right now, have you noticed how bad the bottle of pills smell? It smells like rotten eggs, no joke.

Dont set those dosages right off the bat, do the first week at 20mg and see how you react. you may not need to taper up so quicly, if your body is responding well to 20mg then why not stay there? just a thought, it might save you some havoc, and let you run the cycle longer at lower dosages.

oh, and also, do you have your wieghts planned out already? The reason I ask is when most people (including myself back in the day) run cycles, they get this, wow I can do so much more mentality, and they push the limit a little too much. You will get strong more quickly while on, but that doesnt mean your joints can handle the extra load. If your doing a 5x5 make sure to stick with it, do your 5 to 10lb increase per week, enjoy the gains, and stay safe.

Yea, they use Sulfur as one of the cutting agents. That's the rotten smell you are smelling. I'd also look into getting some Cissus Quadrangularis if you are going to be pushing up to 4-5 caps a day. Havoc really dries out your joints during cycle. Bench days are pretty rough for me at only 20mg right now. Just a suggestion : )

Well, i didnt get to the gym yesterday/monday due to having to do a term paper for today's class. But we (Marine shop PT) did go for a 3-3.5 mile jog in the morning, plus i ate pretty good and clean. I'd estimate about 250g protein. I stuck with the 10mg of Havoc for the day.

I was planning on hitting the gym this morning before work, but my alarm went off and i said F that. We all know how that goes. But i just got home from the gym not too long ago. Went well, here is what i did:
Leg Press 200x5, 400x5, 490x 5, 580x4
Incline Bench 135x5, 145x5, 155x5, 155x4
Bent Rows 135x5, 155x5, 165x5, 175x5
Barbell Curls 90x5, 90x5
Overhead Dumbell Extension 75x5, 85x9

About the leg press, i know, i know, but while i was running yesterday morning my legs starting cramping pretty bad. They never cramp, even when i go all out for our 3 mile running test and this was a slow-medium paced jog. They've been slighty cramped ever since. I went to do a warm up for squats with just the bar and i was like NO WAY. About not doing all 5 sets, two reasons: I'm just getting back into it and i was just testing out my 5 rep maxes. I didnt think i was going to make it to the gym today so i didnt take Havoc in the morning. But i took 10mg about 1/2 hour before the workout. I'll take the other 10mg before bed. Next workout will be Thursday hopefully, although i have class that day.

if your cramping that badly there is a reason, how is your water intake? Did you take in any dext/malto before your workout? that will help, and the usual strech, maybe some taurine ect ect.

Yeah, but I NEVER cramp when running. Water/fluid intake is fine. And I've been drinking a few energy drinks w/ 2g taurine each, so im getting 4-6 g/day.

And i forgot to take my other 10 mg before bed last night. This morning i took my 10mg and im about to take the other 10 right now.

And i dont have to be at work til 8:30 tomorrow morning, so im gonna ATTEMPT to do some cardio in the morning.

So yesterday...The only bad thing was i woke up around 6am and didnt eat anything until like 9-10am. But i got some good protein intake between a few shakes, protein bars, and a chicken breast. Took 10mg Havoc around 5pm, worked out from 8-8:30PM (Time constraints) and took 10mg more Havoc around 9PM.

Standing Military Press 45x10, 95x5, 105x5, 115x5 (Previous best was 110x5, although i dont know if i can do 115x5x5)
Deadlift 135x5, 135x5, 225x3 (Previous form on my 365lb deadlift was bad, rounded back and everything. So i decided to take it easy and build some good form back up. 135 was excellent form, 225 was decent, but not A+, which is why i stopped at 3)
Dumbell Shrugs (super setted with DL) 85x5, 100x5, 120x6
WG (as wide as the bar) Pulldowns 200x9 (strict form, none of that throw my whole body back and use momentum.)

I wish i could have done more and run the program right, but due to some time constraints i did what i could. I didn't start off with the squats because it was supposed to be the light squat day anyways, so i tossed them. Plus i need to redue my form on those as well, so I'm going to start doing box squats. My knees used to extend way over the tips of my toes. Its the only way i can do them for balancing, so hopefully the box squats will help. But like i said, i havent ever done 115 before, and i havent even worked out for the past two weeks. The only supplement i take right now (besides support stuff) is the Havoc, no CEE, CM, etc...So i can already see the strength gains coming.

This morning i had a protein shake and 10mg Havoc. I had to do this field meet thing. Well we met at our squadron hangar and had to run 1.5miles in Boots to the meet. That was around 7am and it didnt end until around noon or after, and i had nothing to eat. So i didnt get to eat anything else until 1PM or so AFTER we ran the 1.5 miles back. So i'd say i got some decent cardio this morning. Gonna take 10mg more Havoc sometime today and try and hit the weights full fledged, no limitations tomorrow. Squats, Flat Bench, T Bar Rows, Pullups, Calfs, Biceps/Triceps.

Well, I didn't get to hit the weights on Saturday because me and the wife were kidsitting her bosses kids and that ran a bit longer than expected. I don't remember if i took my second Havoc pill either, so i may have only took 10mg. Not a big deal as it didn't reflect too much on Sunday's workout. My nutrition for Fri and Sat was pretty much crap as we were away from home quite a bit.

Sunday I finally got to the gym. Good day, hit some nice numbers:
Box Squats 95x5, 145x5, 145x5, 165x5
Flat Bench 135x5, 155x5, 165x5, 170x5, 175x5 (Had a spot the last set, explain below...)
T-Bar Rows 105x5, 140x5, 175x5, 175x5
V-Bar Tricep Pushdowns 150x10, 180x10, 210x4+6 small range of motion
Machine Preacher Curl 90x9+3+2 (D.C. Style)

Like i said, I'll be doing Box Squats to improve my form. My knees now stay behind my toes and my back doesn't hurt afterwards.

I've never hit 175 on the bench, my previous best was 170, and i couldn't hit 5 reps for more than one set. Each subsequent set would drop a rep. About the spot, I'm not sure if his fingertips were on the bar or not, but he said he didnt help. I hate when they even come close to the bar if its not COMPLETELY stuck for a few seconds. But i dont want to be rude to a random guy being nice and providing a spot.

The T-Bar rows were supersetted with the Pushdowns. Nothing spectacular for the rows, but i hit an aazing number on the pushdows. My previous best was 190x6, and 180x10 was easy. I dont think i had enough rest before the 210 set, and combined with the supersetting i was worn out.

I felt like throwing up by the time i hit rows to show you the intensity.

Looking good so far bro. Most journals I read people didn't notice too much the first week and I personally didn't notice much the first week except an increase in intensity and endurance.

I think once you bump it up to 30mg and start your second round through the lifts, you are going to really start to notice the Havoc kicking in.

I always had a spotter for reassurance on my big lifts as I was moving weight I normally don't do. Every time they said they really didn't help at all, just like your guy. Hopefully you experience the same problem on Havoc. :biggthumpup:

Good thinking Sleazy, i woulda forgot all about upping the dosage. I think I'm just gonna take 20mg at a time tonight to make 30mg tonight.

I just like when spotters are hands off and away from bar until its stuck in the same spot for at least 3 seconds.
