I have been taking sustanon 250 for 10 weeks and I have nova but I weight about 140 I am 5',5" how much HCG should I take and when?

Are you trying to gain weight ? How much did you weigh before ? How old are you ? What does your diet look like ?

I know this dosen't answer your question , but I just had a few to ask you.

Try google. I kind of doubt anyone on here will be able to give you very specific advice about it. I just searched for HCG & Sustanon and found tons of pages that refer to it.

Next time figure out your PCT before you start your cycle.......................

the way i have seen everybody doing it is take 5000iu the week after your last susta. shot then for the folowing 3 weeks you should get 3000 iu once a week then drop it to 1500iu. with your second hcg shot it is good to take clomid or nolvadex one tablet/day and continue it for 10 days after your last HCG shot.

I know this is an old post but after I took sustanon 250 for 10 weeks I took 1st hcg 3000iu and every fourth day 1500iu I did four shots total and I was great after I continued nolva ... and after sus u should wait 3 weeks after last injection some say 4 I actually had to wait four cause I didn't have the hcg yet but 3 wouldve been better....... advise for next time
