a little help

I am not new to the gear world, I use to get my stuff from a Dr, then he got pop'd. So now looking to the net. I have found 2 sites that seem legit, but still am a little skeptical. What would be your advise on researching these sites. I've cross checked other sites and they seem to be on the up and up. any advise would be greatly appreciated. many thanks-E
