Default how to take PCT?
Hi there, I'm a newbie to this forum so please be nice

I just finished my first cycle. I took anadrol, omnadren and equipose on an 12 week cycle.
I'm 6 feet, and fluctating wieght of approx 196lbs. I started off wieghing 184 and had my wieght up to 202 by the end of my cycle.

For PCT, I have clomid, nolvadex and HCG at home. I do not want to take the HCG.

I want to know how to take clomid properly and effectively for PCT? and should I use nolvadex as well?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
