Unhappy I do not trust my trainer_s steroid cure can you help me

ok let me describe you what my trainer gave to me;
i started in october with pripionat as testosteron and winstrol tablets as anabolic streoids.
my trainer told me to use pripionat as follows;
he injected 3 times ina week with a full of 2ml injector then after 2 weeks he increased this level to 3ml injector
this pripionat + winstrol tablet cure goes approximately 10 weeks
after this 10 weeks he changed my testosteron into enathat and use this as how he inject the pripionat.by the way i

was taking winstrol tablets with 2 tablets in a day .
meanwhile i was taking protein powders and aminoacids too.
2 or 2,5 months ago i quited using pripionat and cont.to take winstrol tablets 2 weeks more. at that 2 weeks there

was acnes appeared on my chest and face but there wer no acnes on any where on my body while i was using testosteron

.they are slowly dissappering now and my trainer says it is normal(as i looked to internet these acnes caused by

DHT).and for 2 weeks i used anabolic halo with muscletech testosteron amplifier.
My is not to have a body like a baloon just want to be seem good and to have some sharp body shape(that s why i used

winstrol as anabolic).
i have never done PCT.but when i asked to other trainers they told me that because of Jinekomasty i should take some

medicines.but i did not take my trainer says it is normal that you do not have Jinekomasty because you use steroids

in low quantites.
so i do not have Jinekomasty is it a luck or something?
my trainer now told me that it is also too late for PCT.ok now my trainer is telling me that lets make another cure

as follows
a Japan deca + Pripionat for 8 weeks to get ready for summer. but i do not trust him. can you help me?

First off get rid of your retarded trainer, he doesnt know what the fuck he's doing..
If you continue to follow his instructions your health will be at serious risk...

I really think the guy needs reporting because it so dangerous and if as i suspect the op is young then his trainer wants a good flogging...

You are right about my trainer i quit qorking with him today.
here is my specs

Weight : 84.6 kg
Height :185 centimeter
Body fat:%16.1
My arms :41,5 centimeter
My chest : 112 centimeter
My waist : 78 centimeter

Diet program :
----------------------------------------------------------
(this program created by me not my trainer)
morning : 75 gr progainer(carbohydrat)
2 hours after morning : 40 gr Protein powder
lunch : 2 box tuna fish with no oil
3 hours after lunch: 40 gr Protein powder
-training time-
dinner: 300 gr chicken with no oil
before bed : 40 gr protein powder with no-oil-milk
on staurday and friday i take some alcohol with no food

Training history : i started professional (5-day training program) on october 2009
i was playing basketball when i was in university (1999-2004),
and started to go a sport center from 2004 to 2008 but not regularly(2 or 3 days in a week).
Goals : i do not want to be muscle baloon just want to have good and strict shapes (shaped stomach) maybe big shoulders etc.but i am sure i do not want to be a baloon-like shape

the other thing is do you think acnes on my chest and face will dissappear???

Your diet isnt good and im not the best to ask but there are some guy's who my chime in and help put that diet in order..

You dont need steroids to reach those goals, when did you last use any steroid??

What you need is a good solid diet and training program and you'll reach those goals in no time...
