Default First Cycle

Alright I've been debating on taking a cycle for a little over a month now, I've recently been taking NO Xplode, and have held onto a good diet. I've trained nearly everyday for a good year now, trying varieties of supplements and different workout routines. Now, I'm looking for more improvement, and I feel that a cyle can put me over the top. I have talked to a few different people, and get the basics of what my diet should be while juicing, but what exactly should I be trying to buy? Also, what should my diet consist of? and how long should I allow my first cycle to last? Sorry about all the questions, I'm just looking out for myself I guess, and trying to get the most of it. Thank you!

I think your too young . Why don't you train for the next 5-10yrs and see what you can do natural ? Then hit some Gear if you haven't put on that 50-60lbs

You really should have the know how to "create" a diet before jumping on to steroids.

I can create a diet fine, just wondering if there were certain foods to eat that would maximize the effects, and minimize side effects.

asking that question you have only shown us that you do NOT know how to "create" a diet...

19yrs old? tooo young. do yourself a favor and train naturally for a few more years and learn how to use food to your advantage first.

i'm not trying to be a dick to you, but for you to use AAS at this point will dramatically hinder your progress down the road.

Ok well, I was going to base my diet around 3,000 calories a day. I know I'll need to just keep eating, with school, it's difficult to get 6 meals a day, so I'm going to aim for 5. Also, I'm going to try to get in about as much, if not more protein than my body weight. Does that sound about right?

There is also the issue of your age. By doing it so young you may mess yourself up.

You could permanantly shut down your natural test. At your age you should be producing more than enough test
