Just go to nutraplanet.com and search creatine. From what I have seen, they have the best prices. Just get the bulk powder (cee or cm) and some WMS or dextrose/malto. A kilo of creatine monohydrate is $12.99. Beats the socks off of creakic for the price.

almost done with my formadrol, retained everything i've gained. but then again, maybe its the shit-ton of eating ive been doing, and how hard ive been working those irons. 7 weeks in and ive never felt better.. cant wait to see what ill be like in a few more months.
