There are a million proven workouts posted online. Much, much more information than you could fit in a single publication or even a series. I have heard of him, but I don't know much about him. Different people respond better to different programs. Hopefully it will work for you if that's what you're planning on doing.

Oh yeah. Only his son 'chose' to be on them of course.

Well the thing is most people keep their "supplement" gurus and their training gurus separate.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

i,ve heard of mick hart, did subscribe to no bull a few years back, also he was on a tv documentary back then too. from what i can make of it all he,s a guy (an older guy hence the son who on the gear isn,t some mis informed teenager) who is in the sport and aas the name suggests wants to put over a no bull**** view about the sport, due to the name it seems to have , as for views on gear most people who deal with him have made there own decision about taking steroids , and just want some honest advice ,which a lot of people shy away from doing , if you gonna do it do it right!
