your a funny dude. before you post in my journal read the whole thing. the numbers you most likley compare yourself to is numbers i was doing INJURED. numbers you putting up i have been doing since i was 16 and not even a protein shake touched my lips until i was around 23.
i did this without even warming up.
i just got off a shoulder injury and was off for 2 months then did 2 or 3 weeks of repping 225 while my shoulder was still messed up. then i only did push ups. yesterday was the first day i was back lifting heavy on the flat bench and i did

315x6
405x2
455x1
then 225x15 to finsih off. i could have done 20 but i wanted to be safe than sorry
when was the last time you were able to do that...................thats what i thought. oh and i did that after i did 200 pushups monday and wed i did 5 singles reps of 315 on the OH press then 3x5 of 225 right after. and im willing to put money on it you havent done that either.
and that 225 you doing on the squat i have done that 10x10 a couple weeks straight.
you are not on my level and dont confuse yourself with thinking that you are.
