ok, i am 27 and have been lifting for 5 years now. ive taken hyperdrol x2, mass fx, and activate extreme.ive made some decent gains on these ai's but i want some real gains.i hear alot of good things about havoc, so i might try that but i heard you need a pct with it. nolva is what seems to be the best option, but how do you get it? do you have to have it perscribed by a doctor? thanx.

One option is to have it prescribed by your doctor. I don't know if the other sources are the "sources" that can't be talked about (rules). So I won't say...but I'm sure if you search some of the other forums or do some searching on google, you'll find out.

Yeah, that would be best. It's easier to dose in pill form. So going to the doctor and getting a script would be advantageous. It's a good idea to get blood work done before and after your cycle. The body is complex...there are a LOT of different things that can become unbalanced during your cycle.

My friends don't have a hard time dosing the nolva correctly for their rats. They always use oral syringes from the pharmacy. The Tamoxifen Citrate from Innovative Research has already been converted so that 1ml = 20mg of Nolvadex. It's very legit from what I hear.
