I use to believe the same way you do, but now I feel like you cant believe everything the government or FDA wants you to believe. It seems like a lot of hype to me. Watch this video and then give us your opinion:

On a side note: I have never taken steriods, but I dont pass judgement on anything untill I have done enough research on the subject to the point of knowing what im talking about.
