Default question

i have one month left on my first cycle. normally when i do a 12 or 16 week aggressive training cycle i will take a week or two off after i finish to allow my body to fully recover. my question is should i still take time off when finished with the gear or would that further slow my body from starting to make test naturally. i do have a pct regimen so not asking about that aspect just want to know if i should continue to lift right after im done with the gear or take a week or two off like i would do if normally. thanks

I think it depends alot on your pct, also remember some steriods can continue to work for 3/4 weeks after a cycle, so again it depends on your cycle.

You know better than anyone else if you need a deload. If you need one, then take some time off. If not, then don't.
