I am 6"0 and 220. I am muscular and fat. My problem is that I am one of those big guys that you would look at and say " damn, if that dude would just work out" but the problem is I work my ass off and make no gains. I have done the extreme low calori, the regual calori routines, and everything esle. I dont mean I try for a week or two, I am not a moron. I usually wait 4-6 weeks before saying what I am doing is inefficiant.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

completely agree with 311... total scam.

as for making progress... sounds like you might be fighting genetics. if thats the case it'll be a long tough uphill fight to make the progress you want. if you are truely following a strict diet (counting calories/macros) and busting your ass at the gym you should be seeing results. the longer i've been at this the more i see how important diet is in the equation, VERY.

since i've started the UD2.0 i've made some nice progress. its not too bad once you get into it. maybe worth a look...
