Default Havoc

Looking at starting this and had a few questions first.

My diet is in order now, thanks to this forum, and i have a workout that is kicking my hind end (5X5). 7 months ago i was 5'9'' 214lbs i got down to 187lbs now im up to 197lbs and look completley different now.

I'm taking a multi, whey, and was taking creatine mono but have read not to take it while on havoc? Also, is there anything else i should take with havoc other than liver and prostate stuff.I read somewhere to take DHEA with it also?

I'm looking to get to 210lbs by the end of summer and then cut, so right now im trying to bulk more and add as much strength as i can.

Thanks for any input, this forum has really helped me with my diet and workouts thanks guys!

If you've really only been serious for the 7 months, then you arent ready to use havoc. The goals you specified can be achieved IMO without it.

Post up your diet and training and age and we can help get you there ... or if your dead set on havoc there are a few threads on it here already that explain whats needed.

I'm 25, i've been lifting since high school, i was on the power lifting team. The reason for havoc i've kinda hit a dead spot, i usually just take off a couple of weeks and then start back and that fixes it, but i was going to try and get past it with out time off.
what i ate yesterday:

3eggs, 7 or so pieces of turkey bacon, wheat toast butter, multi, whey

protien bar, grilled chicken salad,

grilled samon, baked potato, green beans,

protien bar, weight gain drink, creatine, NO

workout

whey, creatine, protien bar, sugar and fat free ice cream yuck! but getting used to it.

i'm getting 1-1/2 gallon of water a day

now as far as my workout, i can't give actuall weights bc i have a bow flex and im sure they arent right, but i have gone up 5-10 lbs a week on everything, and im feeling like i can go up more weight faster but im sticking to 10lbs a week. ecept for the last 2 weeks im stuck on everything except bench and squats.

I'll post some before and after pics at the end of july.

For one, get a gym membership. A bowflex is just a fancy multi machine. How exactly are you doing squats with that? A true 5x5 uses free weights.

If you have been serious for the past 7 months, when was the last time you deloaded?

Default havent deloaded

I guess I've never deloaded, not sure what that is or how that works. I've read a ton of information on here and i'm a little overwhelmed by all of it. Would greatly appreciate it if you would let me know what that is and what works for you.

As for the bow flex that's all i can do right now, i have 2 full time jobs and 2 little kids, makes it almost impossible to get to the gym. i get a discount for being a police officer but just dont have time.

You kind of have deloaded...You said that you use to take a week off then go again. Well instead of taking the week off, just decline the number of sets you do...Some even drop the weight in half...

Goodluck man, I know how hard it is with the kids and full time work.

Exactly as TALO said, but read up on some sticky's especially the DFT 5x5. Those will explain it a bit better.
