ok my routine changes month to month i'll try to get the current one up, i work with a personal trainer every single day so the routine is a strong routine seeing hes a proffessional with years of expierence. I understand the arguement of why start now i havnt reached my full potetential probably just ignorance and wanting to gain muscle and weight fast like most younger guys that do roids so early, probably a bad idea but i already started a cycle and i'm thankful for the advice just doing a 3 week cycle then i'll get the nolvadex also which thanks for letting me know. My diet usually i wake up before work out i take a 60 gram protein shake and eggs and sausage then afternoon like 2-3 ham sandwiches, work out around 1 untill 3 come home have 40 gram protein shake and a post recovery shake from advovare supp. then usually some chicken breast and a big dinner and at night, night time recovery supp. again from advocare. Again thanks for the advice 0311 you seem to be an expert
