2g of protein per lb of bodyweight is a bit too much, most of it will be used as glucose and interrupt the usage of carbohydrates, be deposited in the form of fat, or have negative affects on the kidneys.
As far as steroids go; unless you're a competing bodybuilder or powerlifting, I wouldn't recommend them. Gaining mass is much better without them.
No offense but from the way you sound in your post - steroids are something you shouldn't even be considering at the moment.
To break your plateau, adjust your volume, decrease it some so you can increase the intensity. Limit your exercises, increase your calories, those are much more beneficial components than going and buying juice everytime you hit a plateau.
