Default what do you feel?

I am 21
180lbs
Trained off and on for about 4 years, but from August till November I went straight and then I had taken a month off and have been doing it since.
My goals are to gain 15-20 lbs at most of lean mass and get cut at the same time. I would also see it feesable to gain 10-15 lbs instead so I stay more lean. I dont want to spend too much(under 400) Any one have an idea of what to use and how much it might cost?

Well I feel its wierd that no one has even gave a comment on what they think I should do. But I was thinking of taking 25-30mg dbol a day,25-50mg winni, then some sort of dose of clen. What do people think?

Why are you immediately thinking of a cycle? Hardwork, diet and a gym membership are needed with or without gear...I think a cycle would be a waste of your time.

What kind of a response were you looking for when you originally posted?

Protein...$30
Gloves...$45
Membership...$500
Muscle...Priceless

Considering that I was 145-150lbs from 6th grade till this summer, Id say so. Ive done the eating, Ive put in the hours. Any time I took off wasnt a long period, a month or so once in a while due to time constraints. I got up to 190lbs and then started to lean down. Ive been stuck at this weight for a good while. I have small bones so its a lot harder for me to put on size than someone else with larger bones might. I change my routine to surprise my muscles, I do. Train big muscles first then do smaller ones, I do, then Ill reverse that to work the big ones even harder without aid of smaller ones. I eat good and leaner foods.

You say no to a cycle, but I want to know what would be a good one for what I want. Regardless of if its my potential, I cant guarentee Ill get it now, could be later on down the road though. Its all just me wanting to know what would be a good choice for a moderate weight gain. If anything Id still want winni and clen to use for my stature as of now!

You are nowhere near your potential. Eat, rest and train and you will grow...if you don't grow then one of those 3 is fucked up.

If you're not getting the gear now, then why not wait and evaluate your goals later on and design a cycle then? Designing a cycle now, and then stashing in the cupboard for a rainy day doesn't make much sense to me. What if you're goals change by the time you're ready to use?

I know that pretty much no matter what I say I will only get the response that I am doing something wrong. I get 6-8 hours of rest a night, I take arginine before I go to bed, my dad still buys me my protein powder. I eat as much as I am supposed to, I stay active, dont smoke, dont really drink that much. Dont drink soda, unless its diet and thats still rare. I train harder than a lot of kids my age. I dont need to pay for a membership since I am a college student and we have a pretty nice weight room. So I am doing what I am supposed to and I read as much as I possibly can on new things to try and staples to keep in my routine. I havent gained weight in over 4 months. Ive tried taking in more calories, getting more rest, new routines-nothing. I dont want to go crazy and do some monster cycle. Why is it hard to just tell me what I would want to get for the goal I have now? Maybe I will get it right now. Ive never wanted to be over 200lbs, and be lean. I think 190-195 is a great weight for my body frame.

I could easly sit here and tell you what to use and take (although at 21 it's to young) You need to the the research on what you want to take there is plenty of info out there.

And to be honest your just begging to be scammed by someone with this kind of post.

If your looking for someone to say here I'll sell you such and such, go somewhere else there are no sources on this board!!

Why don't you post your routine, and what your diet looks like for a day.

What is your daily protein intake? and How much of that comes from shakes and how much from real food?

What is your pre/post workout nutrition?

What does your training look like (don't say split)?

How have you been progressing on the big 3?

Whats your daily caloric intake?

Has your physical appearance changed even though the scale hasn't?

There's a slew of questions, you're answers will tell me (and everyone else) just how well you understand the requirements of muscle growth. You're saying alot of things that don't actually mean much when someone's trying to analyze your results. Saying "I eat the amount I'm supposed to" doesn't give me nearly as much info as "4500 daily intake, 330g protein, 125g fat, 410g carbs" does. I'm not trying to be a prick but I need to know what you think is "the right amount", and that involves detail. If you could gain by adjusting your diet, wouldn't you just adjust your diet?

Well it varies.

I have 6 meals a day sometimes 7, high protein, moderate carbs, low fat. The carbs I take in are longer acting carbs, like sweet potatos. I have 2-4 shakes a day.

I train 3-4 times a week and do cardio between.

Mon-back and shoulders
Wed-chest and arms
Sat- Legs
I do abs twice a week

Back
Pull downs 3 X 6-12 (pending on weight and weekly routine sometimes more reps for cutting)
Dumbell rows 3 X 12
High row Machine -or- normal row machine 3 X 6-12
Laterall raises 3 X 10
Shoulder presses 3 X 10
Bent over rear delt raises 3 X 15
Shrugs 3 X 15-20

This week I have been doing those all with 4 sets, slightly lighter weight and punching out 5-10 more reps each set, just switching it up.

Chest and Arms
Flat bench 3 X 6-10
Incline dumbell 3 X 12
Flys 3 X 12
Skull chrushers 3 X 12 with tricep bench style lift after each set for 5 reps
Tri push downs 3 X 10
Tri Extensions 3X 10-12
Barbell bicep curls 3 X 12
Preacher or reverse curl right now 3 X 10
Not sure the name of the machine but it has the extended handles and I usually do three sets and the last one a drop set

Legs
Calf raises 3 X 12
Donkey raises 3 X 15
Let extensions 3 X 8-10
Leg press or squats 3 or 4 sets by 10 X 15
Leg curls 3 X 12

Abs I use the twisting machine
a crunch machine that you use legs with
Then leg raises

Some stats

Flat bench 235lbs for 5
Incline dumbell 90lbs for 8

Squat 440 X 6 used to do 350 for 25-30 reps in highschool for football
Leg press about 950lbs for 8

Dumbell row 130's for 12-15

I do dead lift once in a while for a couple weeks at a time to shock new muscles
I was doing 350 last time

I feel I am moderately strong with some areas and lack in others, but its ok I am working on it. Im not looking to gain strength, just size and quality, that will always be my goal.

I want winni for lean mass, clen for fat loss (not fat really, but I know it helps reduce catatonic states and promotes light growth) and dbol at just 25mg a day. I dont want to use a lot of dbol so I dont bloat. Arnold and the old pros from what I heard only took 15-25mg a day. I have friends who have done dbol at both 25 and double, I feel the one who took 25 looked far better than 50, though he wasnt as big, but was deffinately not super puffy.
