Your right my arms are hurting. yeah some core work would have been a better idea, dam, thanks pity, wont be making that mistake again, what s made it worse is the fact that ive not done biceps in a while...
sure thing...i bet your elbows were tired and most likely....your whole arm you should have just done some real solid core work....and pullups...and pushups
Pity, quick question, cus the gym was shut yesterday i did loads of bicep curls, did loads and loads of sets ect, anyway went to the gym today and did chest and found it real hard, i was well under par. Could doing the bicep workout yesterday be the reason for this???
