I recently read your post about losing stubborn belly fat and I was like holy shit because we are the same measurements: around 5'4, 135lbs. and I have been having the same problems. I'm not fat, in fact I have great arms and shoulders I just need help losing the chest and belly fat. I was wondering did you ever find anything that worked well?
