I never said what I am using is right but it was suggested by my recruiter. I still cant get the gut off. I am losing weight in my legs but it isnt bad because my leg muscles are getting tighter.

I am really just looking for belly fat diet or something to help burn it.

You can't target fat loss. It dosen't work that way. If you do things correctly fat will come off everywhere. The stomach and chest are the last two places , usually because they have the highest fat content.
