Bring the knees in towards the chest and lift the shoulder blades off the floor without pulling on the neck.

I noticed when you are doing program for mass you need to eat everything to gain weight of course so then abs exercise is useless to do it ;/

I call BS. Look you should do abs 2x a week min no matter if bulking, cutting, whatever. Hanging knee raises, Knee ins on a flat bench, incline crunches. Knee in laying down. |

Best abs exercises I have found in my 2 years gym experience. Renegade dumbbell rows, Front squats with barbell and Mountain climbers on floor. |
