Default ice cream while cutting?

If I have been cutting for 4 weeks properly no cheat meals at all, is it ok to have 1 ice cream lol

I will end up continuing the diet for at least another 4 weeks

how much would the ice cream set me back, it's just this girl wants to get an ice cream and I keep proclaiming i'm on a diet, but I've been on for 4 weeks, 1 cant do that much damage?

Hi Bob,
You can have fat free ice cream also.
I prefer home made fat free ice cream. You can find many fat free ice cream recipes on net.

Go for it. Call it your cheat meal for the week.

Homemade ice cream can be much healthier. I have a ice cream maker and use it instead of buying it. Cheaper and healthier. Win Win....

There's no problem with having a cheat day once a week or so. It's not going to hurt you as long as you are consistent with your diet most of the time. It's actually helpful to have a high calorie day/meal.

no way .... honestly it's not a good idea if you are already working on cutting ... ice cream has more calories and then you work out plan wont gona work perfectly if you are really eating Ice-creams

I would still call it a cheat day when you eat low fat ice cream.
