Default checking back in

Hey there, its been a month and a half or so. I kept everything the same but bumped up to 2000-2200 Cal a day.

My biggest question is my weight. I am staying between 205-210. And have been for 2, almost 3 weeks. Any ideas or input?

Sounds like you hit a plateau with weight loss, meaning you need to change up your diet, training, supplements, or a combination of any or all of them. If you need online personal training, I can help you out.

Yeah I'd be interested. I have a lot of drive and determination just not enough experience to know what I do right and wrong
