Hey there guys, looking for some advice.
Just recently got into working out and love it now I'm 1 and half months in. I currently weigh 220. I am 6'4 and 21yo.
I am around 25% bf I believe and wana be down to 8% to 10% and build the muscle to have a great lean fit body.
My question is how to go about it. Do I do a bunch of cardio then hit weights after I slim down?
I currently go to the gym 6 to 7 days a week. I do weights 4 days back/bis
chest/tris, legs, neck/shoulders. Then just run and bike other days.
Also taking whey protein and creatine
My diet is clean I consider. Around 150-200 grams of protein, almost no carbs, and around 1500 calories.
Also note I have lost around 20lbs but worried it is muscle as well as fat.
Just would like any input I can get. Am I doing OK or should I change things around to meet my goals? Thanks
