Avocados provide nearly 20 essential nutrients, including fiber, potassium, Vitamin E, B-vitamins and folic acid. They also act as a "nutrient booster" by enabling the body to absorb more fat-soluble nutrients, such as alpha and beta-carotene and lutein, in foods that are eaten with the fruit.

So yes, eat away!

First of all, weight loss programs tell you what to eat and how to exercise. Nothing wrong with that, but the basic relationship between you and your body does not change.

Avocados including fiber, potassium, Vitamin E, B-vitamins and folic acid. They furthermore proceed as a "nutrient booster" by endowing the body to soak up more fat-soluble nutrients, for example alpha and beta-carotene and lutein, in nourishment that are consumed with the fruit.
