I found this site through google and I decided to register to get some advice. I'll start with background info.
I have been going to the gym for about a year, but not on a regular schedule. Some months I would go frequently then for some reason or other I wouldn't go for a week or two. I do mostly strength training and I do see somewhat mixed results (even with spot training I can't get my left sided muscles even with my right).
My biggest problem is that I don't know how to lose my fat. I weigh 225 at 6'2 and I am 18 years old. I read some of the posts here, but I am having trouble fitting it all together to create a plan for me, so here I am.
