Running is by far the best but it is no fun. I play basket ball to combat the boredom.

"Proprietary blend" is supplement jargon for "who knows what's really in this supplement." I don't take anything unless I know exactly what I'm paying for and what I'm taking in my body.

LOL, you love green tea I think (just read your other post). I don't think green tea is a wonder drink but that's my thought.

Hi Paul,
Cardio exercises are great to burn fat and lose weight. Broccoli, berries, salmon fish, whole grain bread, garlic, brown rice and green tea are great to burn fat so add them in your daily meals.
